Wat ga je doen?
Als stagiair binnen het Real Estate team krijg je de kans om diepgaande kennis op te doen van de vastgoedmarkt en het proces van Commercial Real Estate Financing. Je werkt nauw samen met ons team en draagt bij aan het analyseren en voorbereiden van kredietvoorstellen voor vastgoedprojecten. Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in hoe wij relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met onze klanten en leer je hoe wij risico’s beoordelen en mitigeren binnen grote vastgoedfinancieringen.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen bij het analyseren van vastgoedmarkten en het voorbereiden van kredietvoorstellen;
- Onderzoek doen naar trends en ontwikkelingen in de vastgoedsector en deze vertalen naar kansen voor het team;
- Ondersteunen bij het beheren van klantrelaties en het voorbereiden van klantbesprekingen;
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen de corporate bank, zoals risico en compliance, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen volgens de regels verlopen.

Wie zoeken wij?
We zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze stagiair die graag wil leren en zich wil ontwikkelen in de wereld van corporate banking en vastgoedfinanciering:
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent leergierig, waardoor je complexe financiële gegevens snel kunt doorgronden.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en weet effectief samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
- Met een proactieve houding en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig en foutloos wordt afgehandeld.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, wat essentieel is voor communicatie met klanten en het lezen en opstellen van documentatie.

What is the Talent Program
The Talent Program kicks off with an onboarding week, during which you will receive a gamified introduction to NIBC and banking. Together with a diverse and international group of fellow analysts and colleagues you will participate in five days of networking and bonding, and become
immersed in the bank’s business model. After the onboarding week, you will determine your personal development plan together with your coach and manager. The plan will be tailored to you with a focus on personal-, professional- and technical growth. You will be allocated a personal budget to help you achieve your ambitions and work more time-efficient.
In a sequence of four, 2-day modules, you will receive one-on-one coaching as well as group training to kickstart your development plan. Learning by doing is key in this process – you will be challenged with many hands-on exercises and cases to hone your skills. In parallel, you will start with your Think Yes Challenge. Together with a group of interdisciplinary analysts, you will initiate a project that contributes to bank-wide issues of strategic importance. It is an opportunity to develop your Think Yes mentality, make an impact, and gain exposure to top management. During the closing event you will pitch the results directly to NIBC’s managing board.
Internship
Internships at NIBC are a great opportunity to learn more about us and develop yourself. They last for a minimum of three months. Many interns are later hired as analysts, and may join our Talent Program. We believe that having responsibilities enables interns to grow faster. In some cases, it is possible to do a graduation internship, this will be mentioned within the vacancy description.
