Your role

Solve the most interesting planning challenges in the world.

You will be assigned to a large variety of projects and work closely together with your team and your clients. Your job is to develop the best possible solutions in the field of complex planning and optimization issues. You will need to rely on your analytical capabilities, your ability to 'solve the puzzle' and your creativity to offer 'best of breed' solutions. You will be involved in the development process of applications. This ranges from the initial design, construction, testing, implementation, documentation and continued development of adjustments and improvements. We build our application in house on partner (Quintiq) software platform, in an object oriented language.

Your talents

  • University Degree in Econometrics, Informatics, Applied Mathematics or a similar discipline and operations research or logistics/supply chain management as an area of interest
  • You need to have the ability to make the connection between business processes and information technology
  • You have great analytical skills collects information, judges relevance and independently analyses a problematic situation
  • Experience with one or more object-oriented languages (C++, C#, Delphi, Java, etc.) is required as well as affinity in programming
  • Conceptual knowledge of databases, such as Oracle and SQL serveris an advantage
  • Internationally oriented
