We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Business Analyst to join us. Whether you’re still
studying Econometrics or recently graduated, this is a unique opportunity to apply your
skills in a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do

• Analyze patient journeys, therapist capacity, and operational efficiency
• Build simple dashboards and reports to support key decisions
• Do ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions (e.g., pricing, expansion)
• Work closely with the founders and ops team to turn real-world challenges into insights
• Help lay the groundwork for more advanced analytics as we scale

Who you are

• Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Econometrics, Data Science or
  similar
• Strong with Excel and ideally familiar with SQL or dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI,
  Tableau)
• You love digging into data, spotting patterns, and explaining your thinking clearly
• Bonus: experience with Python, R, or healthcare-related projects
• Above all: you're excited to use your skills to make a difference in people’s lives
