Job Description
As Sales Trader for Da Vinci you will play a crucial role in executing trades in the off-screen market. You will be an integral part of the trading team, with a focus on maintaining and establishing relations with external counterparties, banks and brokers. On the desk you will be actively looking for opportunities and ways to set up trades together with the wider team. Off the desk you are looking for new counterparts to trade with, new products to trade and you will be responsible to maintain existing relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Spot opportunities and execute trades in the IDB and directly with banks and lp’s
- Monitor market trends and identify profitable trading opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, banks and brokers, ensuring excellent customer service and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the quant and trading teams to enhance trading strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Travel to various parts of the world to meet with external parties
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoys building new relationships and exploring innovative opportunities
- Social and possesses a good sense of humor
