In each rotation, you will be assigned a project where you will develop your own vision and share observations with the team and collaborate with other departments. During this traineeship you will participate in a customized personal development program and be supported by a mentor. Within a short time you will get to know Van Lanschot Kempen and develop new skills. These knowledge and skills will help you in your next steps within our organization and the rest of your career.
