Job Description

The Real Asset strategies (Listed Infrastructure, Listed Real Estate and Non-Listed Real Estate) have an innovative and data-driven approach. As an intern, you will be ready to take on this challenge with your interest in financial markets and affinity with Real Assets (Airports, Toll roads, Ports, Towers, Satellites, Real Estate). You will use your talents for a full-time internship at our Real Assets team, focusing on investments or data. 

You also have the following tasks:

  • operating as a fully-fledged team member;
  • carrying out asset, sector and company analysis in co-operation with the team’s Portfolio Managers;
  • conducting an alternative data analysis that will be directly integrated in our analysis. The output of such studies contributes to our stock selection, and supporting the strategy.

Your experience

Curiosity and a rational thought process – that’s what’s needed for a flying start in our team. After that, we’ll give you enough challenges, questions to investigate, to help move the whole strategy forwards. We’re an energetic team, combining our creative thinking with our number crunching skills – you should be a natural in both areas. It’s a small team, and we’ll ask you to jump in and participate from day one. Furthermore:

  • Preferably Master degree or enrolled in a Master program (finance/economics or scientific);
  • Affinity with financial markets and Real Assets;
  • Analytically strong;
  • Strong grades;
  • Good mastery of English, both oral and written (Dutch not required);
  • Quantitative skills (if you are interested in a Data orientated internship).
