The chance to make an impact

As an Off-Cycle Analyst, you’ll be surprised by what you can achieve. Your internship starts with intensive training that gives you an essential platform for gaining skills and knowledge. Then you’ll head to your desk, where you’ll get to grips with the intricacies of the global markets and follow a structured programme that includes project-based work.

Through your desk assignments, you’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets, building your communication, quantitative and analytical skills. You may:

  • research industries or products, reporting summary information to your team
  • monitor markets and help formulate trade ideas
  • perform various analyses on fundamental and technical data
  • attend client meetings or calls with traders, salespeople and research colleagues.

To be considered for this programme, you must:

  • currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation year of 2022 or 2023.
  • Meet the following language requirements for the location you are applying to
    • Frankfurt – Mandatory: German and English
    • Madrid – Mandatory: Spanish and English
    • Milan – Mandatory: Italian and English
    • Paris – Mandatory: English

 

Ideally, you would also have:

  • an interest in global economics.
  • enthusiasm and have a keen eye for detail plus solid interpersonal skills.
  • an entrepreneurial spirit – often shown through extracurricular activities.
