Job Description

The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum.  ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents. 

With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients’ business, developing the latest eCommerce and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Bank’s product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client.

Our Rates Sales team works with Rates Trading to sell the suite of Rates products to our EMEA client base. This includes Cash Rates, Linear, Non Linear Derivatives and Illiquid Rates.

As an intern you will work with the Sales team to support them in their client facing activities. You will not undertake any revenue generating activity. You may analyse client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to allow the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities. 

In addition, you will do work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. You will have ongoing relationships with Sales Coverage team. You will build working relationships with origination, trading, client services, operations staff.
