Digital transformations are shaping the future of many businesses that are investing in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (AI). Emerging technologies are used to improve the processes within these businesses. The technical implementation of AI use cases, event-based systems, or data meshes offers a huge challenge within these transformations. You, together with the cloud engineering team, will play a key role in building best-in-class cloud platforms to make this digital data and AI transformation happen.
In one project you would, together with the team, be architecting and building the Cloud Platform for a global industry leader. Either in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or within the Google Cloud Platform. On another project you will work together with a machine learning specialist to spin up the infrastructure required for driving value at scale from our AI solutions, using Infrastructure as Code within Terraform. Next, you could be writing Python code to (further) automate processes within an event-based system, which is completely serverless.
In the Cloud Engineering team we work in an agile way with daily stand-ups in 2-week sprints. This means your colleagues are never far away and we get continuous feedback, do code reviews and learn a lot from each other. No matter what you do, you’ll write your code in a way that makes it reusable. This is how we continuously improve our existing (modular) code base.
