You will apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods and techniques to answer business questions and marketing problems focusing on communication strategies, product innovation and consumer journeys. Your responsibilities include: Managing and executing all phases of a market research study: questionnaire and discussion guide design, programming, fieldwork coordination, moderation, research analysis of the data and preparation of consultative reports and presentations in line with strategic business issues Consulting clients on their business issues to help optimise marketing communication, product pricing and portfolios, and new product developments Ensuring that the assigned projects are optimally carried out and deadlines are met Ensuring good and efficient collaboration with fieldwork agencies in different countries Independent management of client contact during day-to-day project management Contributing to the improvement of our services, products and innovations Influencing the future of SKIM Qualifications More specifically, we are looking for a dedicated, smart and enthusiastic team player with: Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, market research, marketing, life sciences, sociology or psychology Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience). Your Role To support our rapidly expanding Data Science team we are looking for a new colleague passionate about quantitative market research. The position is a blend of working on client projects and ongoing technical development of our portfolio. Your responsibilities include: Involvement in various types of market research studies, such as pricing, segmentation, key driver analysis and consumer journey mapping Create the research design and do the modeling part of complex studies, and provide consultancy on standard research solutions Develop standardized methods which can be automated and used by the research project team Deploy control measures to ensure data quality, and conduct the analysis process including market simulations Reflect on our ways of working and work on improvement initiatives such as developing new tools, applications and more efficient solutions Qualifications You will play a critical role by combining technical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
