Associate Consultant Valuation Desk bij Zanders
As an Associate Consultant within the Valuation Desk Team, you will actively advise Financial Institution, Corporate and Public Sector clients in a diverse range of valuation, pricing and financial risk management related projects.
Your role:
Our clients are based locally and internationally and project examples include the development of valuation models for structured products, the implementation and calculation of hedging strategies, valuation of a portfolio of financial instruments as well as providing advice on these portfolios and providing assistance with complex modeling.
Key responsibilities:
- You will advise our clients on a broad range of quantitative aspects within the field of financial risk management, focusing on the valuation of complex financial instruments and the development or validation of models
- You have understanding of several derivatives, such as cross-currency swaps and credit default swaps
- You have understanding of the valuation of these (complex) instruments.
- You will spend up to 50% on client site, with the remaining time being spent advising clients from the Bussum office.
- At Zanders you will be proactively developing your consultancy skills and the specialized knowledge necessary
Your profile
You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Econometrics or another Quantitative study. You have strong interest in financial markets, the pricing and valuation of financial instruments and risk management. You have well-developed communication skills and are eager to increase your knowledge and personal skills. You are fluent in English and have no problem with travelling.
